By accessing or using AILearn360, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Requirement

You must accept these Terms to create an account and use the Service.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We may limit the number of devices associated with one account and the number of accounts that may be created from the same device or location within a rolling time window
• We may require additional verification or temporarily block registration or access when these security limits are exceeded or abuse is suspected
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses resulting from weak passwords, credential sharing, or device insecurity

Account Information

• You must keep profile information accurate and current
• We may suspend/terminate accounts with false or incomplete information

Service Overview

• Document upload and analysis
• AI-powered quiz generation from uploaded materials
• Interactive AI tutoring/chat
• Study session management and progress tracking
• Performance analytics and insights

Service Availability

• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to unexpected issues
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Availability may vary by subscription plan

• Modern web browser with JavaScript enabled
• Stable internet connection
• Supported file formats (PDF, DOCX)

Our Intellectual Property

Plans

• The subscription cost is the one clearly indicated on the purchase interface at the time of the transaction. Prices may vary depending on the platform used.

Usage Limits by Plan

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation or renewal
• We accept major credit cards and other supported payment methods
• All fees are in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date
• Your payment method on file will be charged for renewal
• You can cancel renewal in account settings

Refunds and Cancellation

• Fees are generally non-refundable
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for service issues or if legally required
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods

Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
• Price changes apply to the next billing cycle
• You may cancel if you disagree with new pricing

Legal Violations

• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Uploading infringing content
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity

Service Abuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or other accounts
• Using bots/scrapers without permission
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
• Overloading or disrupting the Service

Harmful Activities

• Uploading malware or malicious code
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
• Distributing spam or abusive content
• Sharing discriminatory, hateful, or offensive content

Commercial Misuse

• Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
• Extracting data for commercial use without permission

AI Feature Restrictions

• Processing confidential or regulated data (HIPAA/FERPA protected data, etc.)
• Bypassing usage limits or consent requirements
• Reverse-engineering AI models
• Generating harmful, illegal, infringing, or deceptive content
• Impersonating individuals or creating misleading content

Consent Reminder

All AI interactions require separate consent as outlined in the AI Privacy Policy.

Service As Is

• The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results
• AI-generated content may contain errors; verify important information

Disclaimer of Warranties

• No warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• No warranty of non-infringement
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• No guarantee of data security beyond industry-standard safeguards

Limitation of Damages

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption

Essential Service Failures

• If we fail to provide essential Service features, your remedy may be service credit or refund
• We will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality promptly

Consumer Protection Safeguard

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be limited (for example, under GDPR or mandatory consumer law).

You Agree to Indemnify for

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Your Content (including infringement claims)
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

Jurisdiction

Disputes are primarily handled by Italian courts, but you may also bring consumer claims in your country of residence where required by law.

Consumer Rights

You retain all rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which cannot be waived.

Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time via account settings
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds of prepaid fees
• You remain responsible for activity that occurred before termination

Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate for fraudulent or illegal activity
• We may suspend or terminate for security or technical risks
• We may suspend or terminate for non-payment

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service is revoked immediately after termination by us
• We may delete Your Content after termination, subject to legal obligations and retention rules in the Privacy Policy

Notice

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes: we will notify you via email or in-service notice
• Minor updates: we will update the Terms of Service document and its Last Updated date

Continued Use

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
