Accessibility Statement
Partial conformance
Our commitment
AiLearn360 is committed to making its digital services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an inclusive learning experience that conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Directive (EU) 2025/2882).
Conformance status
This website is designed to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Due to the breadth of features and the use of third-party components, some specific areas may not yet fully meet every criterion. We are actively working to improve conformance over time.
WCAG 2.1 AA — Partial conformance
Known accessibility limitations
Despite our efforts, the following content may not be fully accessible:
AI-generated content (chat, quizzes, insights)
Some AI-generated content may contain non-text elements (formulas, diagrams) that lack descriptive alternatives in all locales. We are progressively adding alt-text generation and structured-data markup for AI outputs.
PDF parsing and preview
User-uploaded PDFs are processed through a third-party PDF.js worker. Documents with complex layouts (multi-column, scanned images without OCR) may not reflow correctly on small screens or with screen readers.
Knowledge graph visualization
The interactive knowledge graph canvas relies on drag gestures and visual encoding that may not be fully accessible via keyboard or screen reader. A textual outline view is provided as a fallback.
Voice-based oral exam simulator
The oral exam simulator relies on speech recognition. Users with certain speech patterns or non-standard accents may experience lower accuracy. Manual text input is provided as a fallback.
Preparation of this statement
Self-assessment by the development team, with manual accessibility testing using screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse).
This statement was prepared on August 7, 2026, and last reviewed on the same date.
Tools: WCAG 2.1 AA checklist, axe-core, Lighthouse, manual screen reader testing.
